Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Modification Policy At Tech Echelon Consulting LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and consulting services. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling for all participants, the following policies apply to all training programs, workshops, consultations, and coaching sessions. Booking Policy * Full payment is required to confirm and secure your registration or appointment. * Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all available seats are filled. * Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received. * Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration information provided is accurate and complete. Cancellation Policy No Refund Policy All payments made to Tech Echelon Consulting LLC are **final and non-refundable**. This policy applies to: * Training programs * Workshops * Consulting sessions * Coaching and mentoring services * Corporate training engagements Please ensure you are available before completing your registration. Rescheduling Policy Because training seats are limited and extensive preparation is required, rescheduling requests are granted only under the following conditions: * A written request must be submitted **at least 14 calendar days before** the scheduled training or appointment. * Each participant is permitted **one (1) reschedule only**. * The new training date must be selected within **90 days** of the original registration date, subject to availability. * Failure to attend the rescheduled session will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. Rescheduling requests received **less than 14 days** before the scheduled date will not be approved. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Participants who fail to attend without prior approved rescheduling will be considered **No-Shows**. No-Shows: * Will not receive a refund. * Will not be eligible for another training date. * Must register and pay the full course fee to attend a future session. For live virtual sessions, participants who arrive more than 30 minutes late may be denied entry if admitting them would disrupt the class. Course Changes Tech Echelon Consulting LLC reserves the right to: Modify training dates, instructors, or delivery methods when necessary. Participant Agreement By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking, Cancellation, and Course Modification Policies.
